All styles are designed using a standard size guide. We kindly ask you to review sizing carefully, as refunds are not offered for incorrect selection.
Returns & Exchanges
We operate on a store credit and exchange only policy.
Each piece is thoughtfully designed for meaningful moments. Due to the nature of occasionwear, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or event changes.
Returns eligibility
We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags remain attached
- Items are free from makeup, tan, perfume, or marks
Sale items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Approved faulty items may be:
- Replaced (subject to availability)
- Issued store credit
Return shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Size Guide
Our pieces are designed using a standard, traditional size guide based on general industry body measurements. Garments are not custom-made or tailored to individual measurements.
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
How to measure
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level and horizontal.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist. Do not hold your breath whilst taking measurements.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the tape horizontal.
Fit notes
AU/UK sizing is the primary reference. International conversions are provided as a guide only. All measurements are body measurements, not garment measurements.
